From a small foam workshop in 1990s Rajasthan to a 1.5 lakh sq ft facility — this is the story of Plush Foams.

A Legacy That Started With Foam

It began with Shri Ram Bilas Agarwal, who settled in Jodhpur in 1954 and spent decades building a reputation for quality craftsmanship in the region. In the late 1980s, he entered the foam industry — laying the foundation for what would become one of Rajasthan's most trusted foam manufacturers.

Plush Foams Private Limited was formally incorporated in 2011, though the family's expertise in foam goes back more than three decades. Today, our two facilities — in Boranada, Jodhpur and Chandlai Bot, Pali — produce 200 tonnes of foam and 3,000 mattresses every month.
